Description

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced teachers with tertiary degrees who are able to commence work between January and March 2015.  You will be teaching reading and literacy skills to children between the ages of 2.5 to 12 using the I Can Read® System. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Working with children between the ages of 2.5 to 12 
  • Teaching reading, writing, comprehension skills, grammar and vocabulary to children using the I Can Read System and our literacy programmes (please note that this is not an ESL teaching position)
  • Teaching presentation skills 
  • Helping children develop social skills and positive classroom behaviour 
Job Requirements:
  • Degree-level qualifications in Teaching/Education/Early Childhood Studies/English/English Literature/Linguistics
  • English speaker with strong command of the English language
  • A clear and universally understandable accent
  • Experience with and enthusiasm for teaching children
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary and a housing allowance (if applicable)
  • Bonus of two months salary payable on successful completion of a two-year contract
  • Two consecutive weekdays off; all teachers need to work on Saturday and Sunday as these are our busiest days
  • Days off are set and will not change from week to week
  • Airfare reimbursement of up to $1500 (to cover the cost of initial travel to Singapore) payable upon successful completion of the two-year contract (if applicable)
  • Airport pickup and 28 days of accommodation in a shared company condominium upon arrival in Singapore in lieu of first month's housing allowance (if applicable)
  • No more than 8 students per class

  • Seven days of full training in the I Can Read® System and its methods
  • Due to the nature of the system very little lesson planning/preparation time is needed (this means that you are free to put all your energy and enthusiasm into your classes)

You can choose to love on two ways.

This whole week, I was covered with a heavy emotion. An inner conflict of hatred, jealousy and loneliness. I struggled to come out from the shell of darkness and tears. It was so suffocating that the only place for me breather was being outside of the house. I pour out my heart to my yiyi. First knowledge buying IT product

This entry is about my trip to Digital Mall in favor of my brother to purchase a computer product. Lesson learnt 1. Go for the first person you see has a good eye contact and good feel that he or she would be the right person to talk to regarding product. 2. You have the right to change sales person for the bad service you received and decides on the person whom to receive commission. 3. When helping someone to buy a product, do go in which a list on the paper and pictures. 4. Confirm the product by asking questions which the buyer likes to know first. 5. Ask permission to take picture of the products to make sure that the product you are about or plan to buy is according to the preference of the buyer. Hm..today I had to put on a thick face to deal with the bad service from the manager of the store.
